      Hvis der opst\u00e5r en situation af force majeure fra min side \u2013 f.eks. en ulykke eller pludselig sygdom, der g\u00f8r det umuligt for mig at fotografere jeres bryllup \u2013 g\u00e6lder det, der st\u00e5r i kontrakten: Jeg vil enten arrangere en kvalificeret afl\u00f8ser (en fotograf med samme niveau og stil), eller refundere hele det bel\u00f8b, I har betalt. Dette g\u00e6lder kun ekstreme situationer som et br\u00e6kket ben eller akut blindtarmsbet\u00e6ndelse. Jeg g\u00f8r altid alt for at minimere risikoen: Jeg k\u00f8rer aldrig ud i sidste \u00f8jeblik, jeg har en reservebil, og om n\u00f8dvendigt kan min kone k\u00f8re mig.<\/p>\n

      Hvis der opst\u00e5r en force majeure-situation fra jeres side \u2013 f.eks. sygdom, der g\u00f8r det umuligt at afholde brylluppet, krig eller en naturkatastrofe \u2013 forbliver depositum og kontrakt gyldige. I s\u00e5danne tilf\u00e6lde hj\u00e6lper jeg jer gerne med at finde en ny dato, der passer for alle parter.<\/p>\n

      Hvis I v\u00e6lger at aflyse min service af personlige \u00e5rsager, som ikke er relateret til force majeure, bedes I v\u00e6re opm\u00e6rksomme p\u00e5, at jeg reserverer hele dagen til jer og derfor ikke kan tage andre opgaver p\u00e5 den dato. I dette tilf\u00e6lde kr\u00e6ver jeg betaling af 50% af det aftalte bel\u00f8b<\/b><\/span>.<\/p>\n

      Som professionel fotograf til bryllup har jeg desuden et netv\u00e6rk af kolleger, s\u00e5 der altid kan findes en erstatning, hvis jeg skulle blive syg.
